Huge congratulations to our fabulous Year 13s who have produced the School’s best ever A Level results. 66% of all grades are A*-B and 82% of students are off to their 1st choice university.
We couldn’t be more proud!🎉 📖 💥 🎈
Proud to have been teaching our re-planned British Empire scheme of work this half term - featuring the words of @Sathnam for pupils to reflect on! They loved it given he was here last year to speak about Stolen History.
What a treat for our KS3 students to hear from author and journalist @Sathnam about his life, career and experiences this afternoon. Extra exciting that BBC Newsround we’re there to film our students interviewing him!
@PastoralPolly You’ve had a lot of vitriol in these replies, as a fellow teacher well done on your care and hard work for your students. Exams will be over soon!
What a fabulous effort from our staff for #WorldBookDay2023
We have plenty of activities throughout the day too- The Masked Reader, guess the shelfie (pics of staff bookcases) and more!📚 📕 📖
@Qantas five days since my intnl baggage was lost. Have been on the phone for collectively two hours trying to just get it delivered before Christmas. Apparently it’s in Sydney and they can’t “allocate” it, but the team on your phone lines can’t seem to help. I need my bags!

@DJMusgrove@HistoryExtra @1066Unicorn How much were medieval children allowed to be “children”? (Playtime, toys, the idea of innocence, etc). Looking forward to it!
