@Qantas been on hold with you 20 mins and a DM left unanswered - just trying to get my baggage which is 5 days late, before I leave at 7pm tomorrow!

@Qantas five days since my intnl baggage was lost. Have been on the phone for collectively two hours trying to just get it delivered before Christmas. Apparently it’s in Sydney and they can’t “allocate” it, but the team on your phone lines can’t seem to help. I need my bags!
