Institutional corruption has happened, the Calcutta High Court and the Supreme Court said.

Two government institutions (CBI, SC) that run on taxpayers’ money cannot trust each other!
Can two highest state institutions do this among themselves?!

On the basis of a CBI report someone’s job can be taken away, but apparently they cannot be kept in the job!

So the judges of the court, who heard the WBCSSC 2016 case, what did they do for the guilty powerful people—just oiled them up!? They only gave a hard beating to the powerless, destroying ~15,403 corruption-free families!

If this verdict did not happen under political pressure, then are the judges lunatics? Outside of this, is it possible to believe anything else?

Stupid mad judges, sitting on the chair with your brains mortgaged: you don’t even have transparency yourselves.

These idiot judges should have to take a competitive law exam—becoming judges through someone’s recommendation and then showing off?!

Mob beating is the real cure for these judges.

In every crisis, India’s govt (State Governments and/ Central Government), Bureaucrats & so-called “lords” of the courts unite only to dump the blame on ordinary people. The holy trinity never faces consequences!

These three spaces have become nests of corruption.

The 2016 WBCSSC recruitment scam proved institutional corruption. So accountability & punishment must start with those who ran the system. If there’s a fresh exam, it should be for the failed govt, the corrupt institution & its employees—NOT for the innocent candidates.

But Kolkata HC (Devanshu Basak’s bench) & later SC (ex-CJI Sanjiv Khanna’s bench, upheld again by Sanjay Kumar’s bench) twisted justice: ordering the victim candidates to re-sit the 2016 exam in 2025! Even after CBI has declared 15403 of us innocent. Why this bias? Why must we pay for others’ crimes?

Before testing us again, test these judges themselves—do they bleed human blood or something else? Do they have the capacity to pass their own exam of law & justice?

Every disaster in India follows the same script: govt, bureaucrats & judges gang up to dump blame on the people. THEY never face trial, WE always pay.

The WBCSSC 2016 scam proved institutional corruption.
The guilty are the govt, the commission & its officials. But instead of punishing them, Kolkata HC & SC have ordered the innocent candidates—cleared by CBI—to re-sit the exam in 2025!

This is not justice. This is cruelty. This is a system protecting its own filth.

Why should victims be punished for crimes of the state? Why must our futures be destroyed to shield corrupt power?

If anyone needs testing, it’s these judges: test whether they bleed human blood or the poison of power. Test if they can even pass the exam of law & justice before forcing it on us.

We will not carry the burden of their corruption. ENOUGH.
