fyi kourtney announced she’s pregnant with a Travis im pregnant sign bcos someone was holding one in the all the small things video, nah this is adorable I’m obsessed
I was 19 when these images were published and this kind of narrative was just entirely normal. We saw shit like this constantly. Now I’m 37 and a parent and if this happened in my kids’ school I would kick off like my life depended on it.
Cocomelon is too overstimulating for children and is the equivalent of feeding them sugary cereal or jingling keys in front of them to keep them entertained.
It’s not even a show, it’s a compilation of poorly animated nursery rhyme videos.
Children deserve way better.

Is it appropriate to take children into every restaurant? No! Is it annoying when children run riot as you’re trying to eat? Yes! Does that mean children should be judged on the same level as dogs when simply existing in public? No. Stop it.
Like clockwork, the comments on this thread conflate taking dogs to restaurants with taking children to restaurants. Children are actual human beings and members of society. They are not animals. Taking a dog to a restaurant is not the same as taking a baby.
This week’s review: the Parakeet, Kentish Town, where the food is great and the staff lovely. But if the pro dog policy stays, and I risk experiencing frottage from the arse-end of a bulldog again I sadly won’t be returning. Have some low calorie outrage. https://t.co/gc5ChiREMT
I’ve read this many times since it was first published in 2009 and it never gets less horrifying or less heartbreaking. Leaving your baby in the car seems unimaginable… but then you read this.
I would recommend not reading the comments on this. Twitter is not a safe place for brands or orgs to share LGBTQ+ stories because the level of hatred those posts attract is deeply harmful. I really believe brands have a duty of care to their audiences on this.
I mean… turning replies off is a thing you can do. They probably should’ve been off to begin with, if you understand the space you’re posting in and want to protect people. Share your LGBTQ+ support with your whole chest or not at all.
Julie Goodyear wrote in her autobiography about meeting Tina Turner at the Royal Variety Performance in 1989. Tina lavished praise on her legs, was an ardent fan of Coronation Street, and then sang Simply the Best with Julie. Iconic!!!
Every single person who needs a Wi-Fi connection on a train simply tethers from their phone and uses their own data because train Wi-Fi is absolutely bollocks. Hope this helps.
