GA born from FL roots. After 27 years in New England, I’m back to my roots! Fan of bulldawgs, hunkering down, and silver britches. Happily Mrs. X 26 years.
@Architectolder I like the feel of two but the curtains make me feel a little stuffy, I’d be worried about airflow, I need it when I’m sleeping. I love the colors in 1.
Rob,
You can appeal again and again.
You just have to wait a day or two between them.
I was Mrs. Rusticus for a long time - Rusticus from the Federalist Papers plus Mrs. so I’d get left alone by the losers.
I was told that I ‘couldn’t impersonate other people.’
Eventually, one of my appeals got read by a real person and I got email that my account was being restored. But then it wasn’t restored and I filed several more appeals. I always used a different subject and I included the information from the reply with my reinstatement.
Eventually, my account just reappeared. If they sent me a message about it, I still haven’t gotten it,
I wanted to tell you that I also have tinnitus so I can identify with you. I am so sorry that your came as a result of your service. I developed Meniere’s Disease after a very stressful period in my life. Even with a cochlear implant, the tinnitus remains and is now on both sides.
What I can’t understand is how deliberately structuring the incorporation of a business so that it doesn’t jeopardize your monthly benefits isn’t some form of fraud?
I’m asking for someone to explain it to me. I’m not trying to or intending to be disrespectful or ungrateful for anyone’s service, sacrifice or eligibility for benefits from them.
@RonSnyder9681@feelsdesperate I don’t question anyone’s disability or their entitlement to compensation. I do question structuring the incorporation of a business in a deliberate way to avoid jeopardizing them.
Are you able to appeal anything?
I was ‘suspended’ in February because I ‘broke the rules’ but they wouldn’t tell me what I did.
I appealed as often as I could.
The secret is getting your appeal past the AI AND the low level decision makers offshore.
If you can get someone to read past that, it is likely to be restored. But it took over two months for me.
@HunterBoone@nytimes You could redeem yourself tremendously by focusing more on injustice like Henry Novak than your colleagues whose millions will always keep them insulated from you.
Wrong.
I’m a subscriber.
I’ve been a subscriber since I could be a subscriber.
I subscribed for Bari.
I subscribed for her wife.
I subscribed because it was the first place where different sides could indeed exist.
This is well beyond your comprehension level as evidenced by your snarky replies when the heat got turned up.
“Accuse your enemies of what you are doing, as you are doing it, to create confusion.”
I don’t care who you are, there is no one that can say that “60 Minutes” doesn’t have and hasn’t demonstrated political bias.
The era of an unrepentant media reporting as they please is OVER.
And there’s a huge difference between a free press and an unrepentant press.
You can either be part of cleaning it up or you can be cleaned up.
My grandmother actually did that to her first car. By the time she turned 14, my GGM was so worn out, she got talked into letting her have a Ford Model A. They used whitewash to paint polka dots and wrote “Broken Out With the Fun” on the rumble seat. They had to build a wood step for my grandmother to use to reach the pedals.
She said there was no horn, they rode down the road and beat on the side of the car when they saw someone they knew. Somewhere, I’ve got pictures of it. She always had to have help cranking it off.
