In preparation for their participation in @earthfestlondon on Saturday, students worked collaboratively to create presentations and activities for attendees to learn about local environmental issues.
They also attended the community release of @UTRCAmarketing Watershed Report Cards to network with industry experts and learn how to inventory the aquatic biology of our waterways.
Lately, The H3-ELP program has been busy with Earth Week activities and preparing for @earthfestlondon.
Students met with @ElizabethPeloza to voice their concerns about climate change and other local issues.
#TVDSB's @H3ELP_tvdsb program takes a head, heart and hands approach to leadership & outdoor education.
Grade 10 students from across #TVDSB enroll to learn about local issues from experts in the field & make decisions on how to take action that will impact their community. 🧵
