@sammaciag I had a sinus infection at Christmas time and has Covid in the middle of January. The sinus infection was 100x worse! Hope he feels better soon.

@cultofpedagogy Weekly meetings for the sake of meeting, meetings that could be emails, standardized testing, filling out paperwork/forms for everything, collecting forms from students/parents, supervision, etc. Anything that retracts from planning, instruction, & assessment, & engagement.
I heard that not getting enough sleep can impact on your ability to perform physically and mentally by as much as 30% the next day. Sleep needs to be on the curriculum and needs to form part of schools revision programmes. #marginalgains
