@HAL_SupportLin@HALCruises, many thanks for your timely response and attention to this matter. I was on an excursion earlier today & when I returned to my cabin Guest Services called to say that they had a different cabin available for us. They helped us move from one to the other. Great job!!
@hollandamerica just boarded today and could NOT be more disgusted. 1-Assigned Cabin 4011 directly over the theatre and have to hear a band playing very loudly (45+ decibels) all afternoon and evening. Guest Service’s solution was they could give us earplugs.

Guest Services and were now told that we would have to wait until tomorrow for the locksmith. Meanwhile, even with excursions tomorrow, ALL of our money is locked in our malfunctioning safe! Will they come tomorrow like they said they would today (and didn’t!) and hold us

Used this company @waysfl.com from the port to the airport. The driver ruined a new @TravelPro suitcase by irresponsible loading. He refused to give me his name but here is the information from the van. I called their number immediately and was told that they don’t cover luggage.
Metal frame bent by driver of @waysfl. I pointed it out to him and he didn’t care. Took too many passengers in a van that seats 13, with one man standing, hunched over. This employee is a liability and should not be working in this capacity.
