So if you have a tracker/subscription you may end up out a pocket with having to purchase the holder over again! Really poor customer service when it is required so that you can use the tracker,so going to have to spend more money to keep using it for the rest of the subscription

@Tractive wouldn’t recommend - got a tracker in August the holder has broken and this isn’t covered under warranty which it is a major part of the infrastructure fir using the tracker - Tractiv’s response buy a new one case closed

Mortgage Prisoners are failed on multiple fronts. Reality is when many of our members lose their homes they are offered low standard social housing if they're 'lucky' or a Travel Inn if they're not. Some are in caravans. Physical and mental health of 2 or 3 generations impacted
