@AlbertSimonDev Hello Albert. I'm exploring startup ideas in the AI generated cooking video space. I worked at Food Network for 20 years and created Cooking Channel. I'd love to learn more about what you are doing. https://t.co/EJvBQN11AW
@David_Charts@jonfavs Plus the growth in household wealth has not been evenly distributed. While the averages are up, there is enough of the population that hasn’t fully participated in the growth. Enough to tip elections. https://t.co/puay7eDCHE
@David_Charts@jonfavs Perhaps there are recent effects at play. You don’t experience the rise in your wages, home value, or retirement portfolio on a daily basis, but you do experience higher prices for goods and services daily. That could explain the bad economy feeling vibe.
@David_Charts@jonfavs But trust in media continues to fall to historic lows with vast majority of Americans distrustful of media. Are you saying information about the economy is an exception to this?
@VerizonSupport Just spoke to tech support rep who said they are outages in my zip code 20854 and to keep checking the https://t.co/9aZ7vfc7Qn site for outage status. But site says there are no outages in my area. Can you update the site to provide accurate outage info?
@ballmatthew So true. The first TV was 1927 and mass adoption didn't occur until the early 1950s. CU-SeeMe in 1994 was first video conferencing platform for home PCs, but mass adoption of at home video conferencing didn't happen until the pandemic.
@bariweiss The description on the Lia Thomas podcast episode is misleading. Thomas is not “expected to beat Olympic gold medalist Katy Ledecky” at the NCAA championship. She has a chance to break Ledecy’s past records, but KL graduated in 2021 and will not compete.

@coldxman@charlesmurray Thanks for the illuminating conversation. I fear Murray’s approach could be used to discredit people striving to gain power through group identity by reminding that their group has less cognitive ability and is more criminal. There must be less combustible ways to discuss.
@thomaschattwill@mtaibbi@antoniogm The guy made a stereotypical and pejorative statement about a group of women in an attempt to express his admiration for a specific women. When is disparaging a group to praise an individual OK? Does someone who does this possess the empathy to lead a team of women?
Welcome Michael Smith, @NPR's new CMO!
“Michael is a strategic thinker and an extremely creative media executive who has spent his career finding new ways people consume content across an increasingly diverse audience population,” said @JohnLansing.

@ronadler@jasonkilar@RichLightShed This is about the shift from brick and mortar to e-commerce, and not about the competitive sound quality of their products. They’re still a $4B business.

@ScottPorch @sherman4949 True Disney streams a lot of ABC broadcast content (content already available free over the air) through Hulu, but there's little content from their cable nets like ESPN, Disney Channel, and Freeform available direct to consumer outside MVPD and vMVPD bundles.
