H. E President William Ruto today launched the Long Term Low Emissions Development Strategy (LT-LEDS), National Climate Change Action Plan 2023-2027 (NCCAP), Climate Change (Amendment) Act & Financing Locally Led Climate Action (FLLoCA) at the sidelines of the ongoing #ACS23

[Africa Climate Summit @AfClimateSummit]

H.E President Republic of Kenya, Dr. @WilliamsRuto has today issued KSh7.2 billion ($49.7 million) to counties in the form of county climate change investment grants which, together with KSh3 billion ($20.7 million) of county own-resource allocations will finance local climate action priorities in agriculture, water and natural resources management in every county.

All happening at #ACS23 where actions will drive the summit.
