A PROUD MILITARY MAN FORCED BY ALLEGED STATE APATHY TO ATTEMPT SUICIDE.
How does a Republic that asks its soldiers to fight for the nation allow one of them to spend 24 years fighting for what he says is his rightful due?
This is the story of NK Shivananda Reddy, a medically discharged Army veteran who was injured during the Kargil era, allegedly attempted suicide on August 29 after years of pursuing land and other military entitlements in Karnataka’s Chikkaballapur.
In 2022, Reddy had approached the Lokayukta over an alleged ₹10 lakh demand to process his land allotment. Three people, including two government employees, were arrested.
Years later, he alleges that officials showed him unsuitable land, ignored repeated representations and failed to resolve his entitlement.
Now he is in hospital after consuming poison.
This Is the Real “Kerala Story”
A journalist in Keralam questioned a statement that women should stay at home and not appear in public.
Instead of questioning that regressive statement, the journalist who spoke against it was forced to apologise, while the channel removed the related videos from its online platforms.
This exposes a disturbing double standard.
Kerala’s media often lectures others about freedom of speech, press freedom and intolerance. But when a journalist questions a controversial religious statement, suddenly the issue disappears from the news cycle.
The same media that is quick to highlight fake allegation against the RSS and BJP seems remarkably silent when the issue involves regressive views about women.
We have also seen people publicly making offensive remarks about Hindu deities, including Lord Ayyappa, while debates over such incidents often take a very different tone.
So, where is the much-proclaimed “progressive Keralam”?
Freedom of speech cannot be selective. Press freedom cannot depend on who is being criticised.
Today, Keralam is showing us two different faces of freedom of expression.
Still wondering why some of the best soldiers come from this DNA?
We have so many brave ladies across our country; they birth the braves who guard out frontiers.

@PChidambaram_IN India owes a great debt to Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee ji.
Had it been left to you, #Pakistan would have kept bullying India, dictating terms to us, and perhaps even claiming half our country, while you kept preaching restraint and morality!
The #GenZ must know this history.

When a woman shaves her head to make the world notice her people’s struggle, don’t just see the sacrifice—hear the message behind it. The protest in Paris raises a powerful question: How long can the world remain silent when people fear losing their identity, culture and voice? Sometimes, silence speaks louder than words.

Torture of Brahmins date back to Alexander!!
The Indian campaign of Alexander the Great began in 327 BC and lasted until 325 BC.
Some Brahmanas acted as advisors to local princes. Alexander had groups of Brahmanas (who are described as teachers of Indian philosophy) hanged in present-day Sindh for instigating the rulers Musicanus and Sambus to revolt against him.
Of those who accompanied Alexander to India, Aristobulus, Onesicritus, and Nearchus wrote about the Indian campaign.
During Tipu Sultan’s rule, Brahmins had hidden the Narsimhaswamy idol of Narsimhaswamy Temple in the town of Melkote, Karnataka.
Tipu could not destroy the idol, so he massacred 800 of Mandyam Iyengar community (Brahmins).

PM HAS A REQUEST FOR INDIAN CITIZENS
1. Embrace the mantra of 'Swadeshi' and 'Vocal for Local.'
2. Avoid traveling abroad merely for leisure
3. Instead of hosting weddings in foreign lands go for 'Weddings in India.' 4. Refrain from buying gold unless absolutely necessary.
THIS ISN'T IMPORT SUBSTITUTION, PROTECTIONISM, ECONOMIC AUTARKY OF THE 70s. THAT WAS COERCIVE.
This is advice to build STRATEGIC ECONOMIC RESILIENCE
This middle class madam you see here pulling her own luggage, always dressed humbly, with a no-nonsense attitude?
She needs a big applause for what India has pulled with a 7.8% growth during one of the toughest global economic climate year.
She has delivered consistent growth for India, maneuvering India through multiple crises, while keeping inflation low and reducing deficit.
She just doesn't get enough credit for what she has done. In fact, she gets hate and mockery mostly. I think just because she's a woman.
> She has cleared 10 lakh crore NPA from banks
> Delivered 7.6%+ avg GDP growth for past six years (after Covid, Ukraine war, Gulf war and trade war with USA)
> And cut income tax up to 13 lakhs and indirect tax to 9% at its lowest
> Done so many things for India better than all those Oxford, Cambridge economists before
But most people are being constantly blackpilled about the economy by foreign adversarial and political propaganda.
They keep parroting "high tax" "high inflation" as if everything was lower before. But the truth is, they were much higher and she has brought all down (taxes, deficit, NPAs, and inflation) while keeping growth good.
Even under this post we will find people complaining because that's how powerful the propaganda is. It is easy to blackpill and make people feel miserable when actually things are better now than before in so many ways.
Just as China does not have a water-sharing treaty with any downstream country, it also lacks year-round, real-time hydrological data-sharing and emergency-notification mechanisms with any neighbor. Nepal has been actively seeking a formal bilateral agreement with China modeled on its hydrometeorological data-sharing framework with India.
With an extensive network of hydrological monitoring stations that automatically collect real-time data on river levels and upstream conditions across the Tibetan headwaters, China is well positioned to provide disaster-prone Nepal with a 24/7 telemetry link delivering upstream water-level data and early warnings. https://t.co/4OHKhyPWRW
