Here in **Mahagun Moderne, Noida**, we face the *same ticking time bomb*. Fire exits in Avalon & Betina towers are blocked. @noida_authority had **ordered sealing of shops**, but the order remains unimplemented — allegedly under pressure. Infact exits have been sealed to accommodate illegal shops.

Do we have to wait for another Goa to act?
Lives are at risk, yet accountability is missing.

23 weeks of regular protest by residents and One Society of beautiful Noida Sec 78 where:

— 3 goons have illegally grabbed AOA since last 8 years now
— Illegal commercial activities keeps on running
— Noida administration is sleeping and just sending letters without any action on ground
— AOA has spent close to 7 cr in name of major repairs inspite of order of deputy registrar for bar on any major expense and society towers are in bad shape (pics says it all rather we have to explain)
— residents are feeling unsafe & neglected due to poor maintenance
— society has been made like a chawl by creating illegal shops inside the society and other infrastructure for illegal earnings
— Gundagardi at its peak wherein few resident’s are being targetted because they ask questions for their own money.

and after all above all administration is quiet and not taking any action

EVENT DATE: 13TH JULY 2025 TIMING 7 PM AND SEVERAL OTHERS IN LAST FEW DAYS

A big chunk of plaster fell down on 13th july as shown in the video, resident of the flat escaped any kind of injury. Several such incident are regular happening in our society and in few of them there is harm to individuals as well as vehicles also.

Residents have been protesting for last 21 weeks and requesting DM/DR/ Noida authority CEO to intervene before any major mishap happens by the doings of corrupt kalateet AOA who have created illegal tin shops sheds/ kitchen with multiple gas cylinders within the society premises under a garb of trust run by two goons

Almost all society money in form of sinking and ifms fund close to 7++ cr has been spent under the name of major repairs work and even after that the condition is falling plaster on every other day. Society is now left with hardly any money for any contingency in form of replacement of machines Gensets lifts etc.

All they have looted for the past 7-8 years with not letting any legal election take place, major corruption involved.

They have taken faulty handover from the builder and the society which builder has to handover after doing repairs and paint is now facing such hardship.

Residents requesting administration for complete inspection of society with demand for legal election and closure of all commercial illegal activities.

Residents protesting for the last 18 weeks and will keep protesting till their legal demands are met.

Residents demanding democracy to be restored in society where no legal elections have been held in the last 8 years and where land mafia in the form of illegal AOA are grabbing all society land meant for greenery or children’s play area.

Illegal AOA members use foul language for women and other residents just to threaten them so they don't stand up for the truth. Whole society is in massive bad shape as all major cam money is being misused in corruption.

Residents demand Justice, transparency and accountability, residents demand action from Noida Authority, District Administration and our Political representatives. Residents are asking that why they all are quiet till now?

Residents of Mahagun Moderne Sec 78 Noida have been Protesting since last 15 weeks now. Since last so many weeks residents have highlighted several illegalities being done in the society by few goons acting as illegal AOA in connivance with various government offices machinery.

Recently illegal Secretary of the society YP Gupta has called one of the senior citizen lady (as per audio attached) and used too much foul language with her and also bully her that he will beat his husband too.Due to this unacceptable behaviour of Mr.Gupta,residents are demanding his immediate expulsion from all the posts he is having as of now.

These few people who have taken over AOA are running several illegal commercial establishments in the society. Though Noida authority has served them several notices of closing the same but no action till date has been taken to dat Things have taken a turn when they have started building the 2 shops again which have been demolished by Noida authority in earlyJune. This clearly proveds the involvement of few officers of Government departments with these goons.

These people have made our society like a Chawl. Residents have even gone to CEO Noida for taking actions but he showed his inability for action due to pressure from lucknow.

We believe that during Yogiji rule such illegal activities should not be permitted at all, and these officers are taking shelter in the name of lucknow to not act on illegal activities.

We request our party BJP to whom we all have been supporting for a long time to expel YP Gupta from the party and shut all his money making illegal ventures within our society. We the residents of mahagun Moderna sector 78 Noida society will continue with our protests more aggressively in coming times if our demands are not met 🙏🙏

We all residents are from Mahagun Moderne Sec 78 and has been supporting BJP since we attain majority age in our life, pick any election of noida in last 10 years BJP have got maximum votes from our society.

We are struggling and helpless from support of authorities of Noida in bringing democracy in our society and Set of 3-4 goons comprising of small time dalals of builder who 8 years ago were donning red caps doing the same malpractices...now are donning black caps..pls remove these parasites before they make a huge dent on reputation of our party, they have occupied our AOA Board since last 8 years and no proper 10 member election has been done till date and there would have been funds embezzlement of close to 80++ cr by helping builder in improper handover and in other ways.

Heights has crossed when illegal secretary of AOA YP Gupta who was in BJP Mandal and has used abusive language to one senior citizen lady who is the wife of Sudhir ji who is from Shakha (RSS), later BJP has expelled YP Gupta from his post of Mandal.

Residents of Mahagun Moderne are demanding expulsion of YP gupta from BJP itself, residents are protesting since last 14 weeks for all illegal, commercial activities done in society.

These 3-4 people are hand in gloves involved in corruption of residents money on daily basis, our society has become good to worst now, we request DM/CEO/Magistrate to once visit our society and see the condition.

1.) Children’s play area not in good condition
2.) Illegal establishment (Pharmacy/Dealer’s office inside society)
3.) Swimming pool started in mid of may
4.) Fountains at gate changed to haphazard green plants
5.) Buildings in worst condition (this is after spending of INR 7++ cr on major repairs without GBM approval)
6.) No auditor appointed in GBM till date
7.) No Financial Monthly Statements
8.) Yearly Financial Statements are delayed everytime
9.) Basements of society in pathetic conditions
10.) There are such major issues that list will be never ending

We also request our MLA/MP to Visit our society to actually get a ground realities...kitnay dangerous hai yeh parasites to ruling party they always piggyback and also request our honourable CM to depute someone from his office to see the condition and directly report to him. Picture will be crystal clear and everyone will get to know the reason of not doing proper 10 member election every year.

Construction already started of illegal shops brought down by toothless Noida authority.... Can't they see so many shop illegally created inside our premises...clear mockery of toothless Noida authority and laws of land
