@LNER Thanks - I have a medical condition so useful to reserve a seat. If I book my ticket is there an email address I can contact to see if one of the unreserved seats can be allocated. Thanks!

@TLRailUK Have had claim denied as found as ‘duplicate claim’. Not the case - can’t see how to resubmit without inputting all details again. What is customer service free phone number? Feel you are denying claims in hopes we won’t bother resubmitting.
