@veenadubal I'm no fan of the company (which only serves those with a Google account, & can't logically explain WHY except for co-ownership: illegal tying arrangement?) BUT in SF those cars stop for stop signs & red lights, don't roll toward pedestrians, follow LAWS better than humans.

@Experian_US (what KIND of notification was this? you didn't say ...) promised agent transfer then started its mega-talk over (3X!!). Human agents were nice & TRIED to be helpful - but nothing ultimately worked. Confirmed credit frozen, all that really counts. COMPETENCE????

@Experian_US You're a financial TECH company so why is your tech so HORRIBLE? An hour of phone calls and account updates etc and I still couldn't log in to review an "identity notification" from "my financial expert." Support # 'bot asked questions I couldn't answer 1/2

Perhaps first time @POTUS met @VP ? In February 1989 @POTUS gave a lecture @uclaw_sf (then UC Hastings), where @VP was a 3L. (BTW, in the student newspaper article about the visit, @POTUS said he would run for president - but not in 1992.)

@Equifax WARNING for anyone needing to deal w/ a credit reporting agency. Avoid Equifax. Took 2 minutes to check on status of security freeze w/@Experian, IMPOSSIBLE w/ Equifax. VALIDATION codes only by text, no voice or email (but I don't share that #). STUPIDITY.

@VP and President Biden got this DONE! Other countries have NEGOTIATED drug prices when buying them for their citizens for MANY YEARS - so companies just raise their prices to us. FINALLY price negotiation ... and savings ... a great start.

@Experian @Experian_US Customer service? WHAT customer service? Can't get a HUMAN on the phone -- w/o putting PRIVATE INFO into a (hackable) database of your phone service. Only will prove my ID TO A HUMAN. So how report FRAUD? CONTACT ME.
