@AOC Be as kind to yourself & others as possible. Network with people of all backgrounds & skills. Be generous to your savings acct. Your body begins to betray you in the years to come-you should build that preparation as soon as possible so that you can be kind & generous later, too.
@Sheree84509257 @KteacherBx @ALord18 Some teachers are ineligible due to health concerns and issues that is nobody's business. They should be protected from bullying and being "outed"... why would we assume these people are choosing to put others at risk? They work in poorly respected jobs already.
@AshleighBwell @rgay That prowler thing never resolved. Unless we are supposed to believe the old dementia guy was the ferret all along... Are we supposed to buy into that?
@kpardue@DrBradJohnson I also wish admin chose more often to support faculty in parent interactions. It is hard to establish any sort of behavioral or academic standards when every line is grey...

@JacquelynGill Can we also talk about how healthcare in hot spot areas cannot get rapid tests, but sports teams don't seem to have any problem getting enough to test every player and coach every game?
@hburch64 @DrBradJohnson I left teaching to go back to school to join the medical field, actually. So I am not on my tuchus at home collecting money. I am working a Frontline job to help my community manage COVID. And I worked in a private school, so there was no union.
@AITA_reddit YTA. You clearly do not understand how Blended Learning works, or why it was designed, or what the role of the teacher is. It is a TON of work for the teacher and the students often learn material better at the pace that best suits them. I was a teacher for over a decade. YTA.
