An update on this...

I finally got done with uni and graduated last Friday. I am now the first woman in my family to ever hold a bachelor's degree, and a first class one at that.
Man I am super grateful 😭.

My body shivers today as I remember the 25th of June 2024.
I witnessed as my brothers and sisters died in the pursuit of a better Kenya for them and everyone else. I witnessed a govt and leadership that turned their backs on their children.
May we never forget this day. May it stay etched in our memories. May we always remember the names of those we lost in the fight. One day we will win and June 25th while a day when we celebrate those we lost will one day be a day of victory as well because we won. For ourselves and for those we lost
