A6: Let the students progress through the game as it was intended. Games like Minecraft are great for teaching math and logic. As long as they stay on task the game should stay untouched. #games4ed

A5:The masters program I am most interested in is the Master of Arts in Education. I want to go back for my masters after teaching a few years and while doing my masters I would like to get my degree in art so I can teach the art program at my school if a position opens.

A4: If i ever decided to leave the education field, I think I would try to make it as an artist or work for Disney for their art department. I have always loved drawing Disney and love doing art in general!

A3: I looked up Wilson County School district because that is where I would like to teach. They start out at 32,000 - 34,000 a year. And does not increase until their ten year or until they get their masters. I was not surprised by this. But do teachers ever get raises?

@davidncornelius I totally agree with this! Teaching jobs should not be reliant on whether or not a student passed a standardized test. Puts too much pressure on the teacher which ends up putting pressure on the student.

A2: I feel if the new teachers were more prepared for what to expect as a teacher, they would not feel so stressed or get to the point of not wanting to be a teacher. Also if teachers worked together, the workload would not be so heavy.

A1: Many new teachers quit due to they do not know how much planning goes into being a teacher, they feel underpaid for what they do and all the roles a teacher has to be and that teachers usually pay out of pocket for things in their classrooms.

A5: One thing my teacher did that really helped me and my classmates was she played games with us for review or just for fun to get us off our seats. It usually always included visual aids which helped me because I am a visual learner. And it really engaged the class. #ap3070

A4: One way to stay professional in a teacher/student relationship is to respect your students' privacy. Also need to find respectful outlets to talk to the parents on a regular basis. Do not bombard parents with every little thing that is happening in class. #ap3040

A3: Well the first step in helping is to educate yourself in the matter especially if it an illness your not familiar with. Teachers need to recognize these setbacks and needs to make a flexible classroom so everyone can benefit and participate. #ap3040

A2: I can find things that will grab that students attention, maybe their favorite tv show or their favorite music artist. Even something as easy as finding out they love to draw or read, I can use that for them to start to love learning and understanding the material. #ap3040

A1: It is important to have positive relationships with students because students dont want to learn from people who dont invest in their lives and likes and dislikes. Learning is much more fun when you know that your teacher and peers care about how you are doing. #ap3040
