As the @propublica crew looked through tax data of America’s ultrarich, we noticed Jeff Yass, a finance deca-billionaire and major TikTok investor.

This is a fabulous interview Ken Griffin did a few days ago - I highly recommend you watch it in its entirety.
I could write 6 months worth of Front Month posts from the stuff he references in this 50 min appearance:

Sharpe Ratio is not just wrong, it's offensive.
With volatility as its denominator, it penalizes upside vol.
Literally, the greater the convex payoff, the worse the Sharpe.
It's one thing to just be a faulty metric, but quite another for the metric itself to be short vol.
Never correct someone's grammar if you understood what they meant. Verbalism doesn't increase the information content of a message. The academic exercise of judging one's form of expression is a clear mark of a non-doer.
