The site is down, plain and simple. There is no way to complete an eTA application no matter how many times you try.

@Bec01776213 @CitImmCanada It is a simple form where they capture information and an online payment. There are millions of fully functional websites providing that functionality... it is sad that what is such a critical step for so many people traveling to Canada has to work so horribly wrong.

@CatherineMort9 @CitImmCanada Same problem here @CatherineMort9. I tried yesterday and today and things are definitely not working. I'll try contacting CIC today (I have 1-888-242-2100 as a Client Support Center Service number). I suggest you do the same.

I'll share what they say here.
