@HMRCcustomers I set up a payment plan on 9 Jan 2021 and direct debits have been made on time since then. Last week received message that I was given a 5% penalty due to late payment for the 2019/2020 tax year. What's the reason for the penalty if I have a payment plan in place?
@greateranglia hi I've used mobile ticket from your app twice now and in both times it fails to open the ticket barrier. I get some error message and have to ask a guard to open it. What's the problem? Thanks.

Hey @greateranglia you cancelled 07:17 CBG to LST yesterday right after the slow train (07:21) had already left. The only choice was to wait for the 07:47. Now you're telling me I'm not delayed by 30+ minutes and rejected by delay repay claim. Exemplary customer experience.
