Eval'd pt for neck P after MVA. Performed VBI, reported onset diploplia, dizziness, dysarthria. Immed phone call to MD! That was a 1st!

Pt w/ SCI performed standing bridges b4 amb to min knee thrust and emphasize glute activation. Great tool for pregait! Fwd prog achieved!

Working on pre-gait activities with pt c C7 SCI incomplete. Poor trunk and frontal plane hip control. Any good suggestions to address this?

@eberg22 I would take avail pain-free range even if minimal & get baseline. Monitor if they are able to gain range with later tx's.
