NEW: An off-duty officer of a Tarrant County law enforcement agency was killed when a drunk driver ran a red light and hit his vehicle in Lake Worth, today. A female passenger is critical. Two child passengers are injured but stable. The drunk driver was arrested. More on @FOX4.
