@Uber_Support I have tried calling uber support however there isn’t an option to speak to anyone. I have an issue with one of your drivers however I would rather speak to someone directly rather than just a message.

@AOArena@potat0cakes Don’t worry about arriving late, there were so many people arriving late at the event we booked and they were allowed in. It disrupted everyone else and spoiled the first half of the show but AO aren’t bothered about that.
@AOArena spoiled night at Paul smith live. Arena staff let so many people in late we missed the first half as kept getting disturbed. Bar was kept open during the acts so drunks kept getting up to go to the bar. Others taking loudly, staff noticed and did nothing.
@virginmedia I completely understand prices will rise however you don’t know how much the prices will be yet. You are then locking people into a contract if they don’t cancel by 31st Oct. The danger is the price will be too expensive come April then customers won’t be able to cancel.
@ThreeUK as a new PAYG customer I have been having issues with the auto renewal system, you don’t have a contact centre for PAYG. Online chat experience is awful. I am now going Sim only with another network. Your a communication company that cant communicate.
@ThreeUKSupport number should have been switched on FRI it wasn’t, I was then told it would happen by Sunday, it didn’t. I was then told it would happen by today, now I have been told to wait another 72hours. I can’t be without my number. Can I have an email to send a complaint.
@ThreeUKSupport I was supposed to have my number transferred to 3 yesterday this didn’t happen. Yesterday I was promised this would happen in the next 48 hours. Now I have been told this won’t happen over a weekend. Very poor service. Looks like I won’t be staying with 3
@ThreeUK I have moved today from sim only to PAYG I wanted to buy a data pack. After topping up £10 I have now been told that the data pack I want I can’t have. I have wasted money all because customer support didn’t give me full information at the time of my call.
@virginmedia just called customer services and asked about sky on demand UHD. The advisor said I can’t have this as I don’t have movies and sports. I asked for a price to upgrade and he wouldn’t give me any more information. I take it sales aren’t that important to you?
