It's been a bizarre year for everyone and although this year has seen a massive disruption to the Live Event and TV industries we work in, we're grateful for the smaller things.

At this stage of the year we'd usually be gearing up for a packed weekend at @Ascot Racecourse. We'd have falling snow covering outdoor areas and then finish the day with slow falling snow, as racegoers sing a number of festive carols. ❄️

It's been busy! As TV productions are back in full swing, we're back in studios and on locations all over the UK, creating our ingenious special effects.
It's also been great to see so many people gearing up for Christmas themed events & displays. Snow season is definitely here.

Test, test and then test some more! It's incredibly important for us that we perfect our effects before we arrive on a TV set. This allows us to inform productions in advance and detail what is going to happen. Most importantly, this keeps everyone involved safe!

Usually at this time of the year, we're prepping ready for the number of exhibitions we visit. It's always great to meet new and current customers to discuss our weird and wonderful special FX.
Last year we had our musical tesla coil firing out lightning and songs to visitors. ⚡️

Great news!! ALL of our electricity, used in our offices and warehouses is 100% renewable!!
