@JayGordonMDFAAP@BRIOTECHUSA Dr. Gordon - I've been unable to find BriotechUSA nasal spray, only the topical skin spray. Can you post a link to find the nasal spray? Thanks!
@MayorOfLA I applaud these efforts to find real solutions for our unhoused residents. However, the current plan being floated to replace the 90 Freeway with supposedly “affordable” housing (I’ve read 4000 units) and a strip “park” is deeply disturbing and misguided. Please kill this idea!
@Ask_Spectrum my internet service suddenly slowed to a crawl. 2 minutes to even load https://t.co/boXuv1UUyO. Then 8Mbps download! What’s going on? Zip 90292
@Beach1Carmen@MayorOfLA If you cannot function as a responsible member of a large society, then perhaps you should leave LA. The medical basis has been articulated repeatedly by many experts. This is a proven method to slow, and hopefully eliminate, the infection rate.
@nikita40572392@MayorOfLA How is wearing a mask fascist? Is covering your mouth when you sneeze or cough fascist? Is avoiding handshaking when you have an active head cold fascist? Get a grip - this is about reducing the spread of the virus.
@Renee53211 @MayorOfLA You're wearing a mask to reduce the chance that YOU may unknowingly spread the virus to others, thus sustaining the crisis. It will not (unless it's a surgical or N/KN95 mask) greatly reduce your own risk.
@LauraPerlongo@MayorOfLA Please just read the actual rules - no, you don't need one in your car. Just when outside in situations where you cannot maintain proper social distance.
@paulinhouse@MayorOfLA "Analysis by the CDC underlines a message that experts have been emphasizing: Millennials are not invincible. The new data show that up to one-fifth of infected people ages 20-44 have been hospitalized, including 2%-4% who needed treatment in an ICU. https://t.co/ZCLtpnun21
@paulinhouse@MayorOfLA This is beyond ignorant - we're learning that this is not only a respiratory disease. And while both infections and mortality increase with age, a high percentage are in the 18-59 age group. So there are no "low risk" groups (except, maybe, kids under 10) - only low-ER risk.
@JeraldDlarej70 @MayorOfLA The rules require you to have a mask ready in case you encounter others where you cannot maintain the 6 foot distance. If you're alone in the woods walking your dog, you don't need to wear it.
@WeaselOrange@MayorOfLA Cause the infection situation has not improved, and a lot of people are not observing the social distancing rules. So in order to bring the rate down, more stringent restrictions are needed. As is obvious from this thread, people won't do things that impinge on their convenience.
