@Nuv8815@yun_hux@giggIeguk The ones available to us today were on the two shorter ends and corners of the stadium. I imagine they are holding the more premium seats for Army presale
@FairyLalalala@yun_hux@giggIeguk That sounds about right. The first few seats I tried to get became unavailable after I tried to add to cart. when I clicked around for other seats, I briefly saw the pricing but didnt pay close attention as I found available seats in 200s
@LioBangtan@BIGHIT_MUSIC I don’t think they set aside that many for season ticket holders and not every season ticket holder had access. For example, we lose privileges if they find out if we re-sell everything we buy. Many people bought licenses for seats to get early access to shows and it wasn’t cheap
@btsxarmy_cia@BE_Happier_BTS@JIINLUVBUG Yeah, everyone got emails yesterday about today’s presale and it appears that the links were unique to each account. I fwd’d an email to a friend who couldn’t find his email and the links didnt work for him but it did for me.
@BE_Happier_BTS@JIINLUVBUG@btsxarmy_cia There was a presale this morning for season ticket holders for chargers and rams. The seats they saved for today were sold out within 15 mins for all four nights
@yun_hux@giggIeguk There was a presale this morning for season ticket holders for chargers and rams. 200 section were $250/ea after fees. 300 section were $187/ea. I didn’t see 400s or 500s pricing before our seats were sold out. Floor and 100s were saved for army presale
@JIINLUVBUG@btsxarmy_cia Section 200s was $250/ea after fees and section 300 tickets were $187/ea today for the Sofi presale. I didn’t get to see what the 400s and 500s were priced at but they didn’t have 100s for floor available today
Are teams aware that the free agency window opened an hour ago? Usually starts with fireworks out of the gate but nothing has happened yet 💤 #NBAFreeAgency
Why is the commercial district in NYC bustling while SF downtown is sleepy? Seven reasons.
Downtown SF has a commercial vacancy rate of around 30%, whereas, I read that in NY, it’s 20%. Why the gap?
1/SF has over-indexed on tech as an industry, much like Detroit with cars.
2/SF’s major industry, tech, witnessed an exodus during the pandemic. Tech workers scattered during the pandemic, “decentralized” via web3 values.
3/ Of the SF tech workers that remained in the region, many are now in the local suburbs.
4/ The expectation is that working from home (WFH) has become a cultural norm for the tech industry.
5/ Tech workers have an entitled attitude. There, I said it.
6/ The AI startup scene is rapidly growing, but they are mostly early-stage: they predominantly work from home, in co-living spaces, or in coworking offices.
7/ Will AI startups in the Blitzscaling (growth) phase rent office space? Yes, but they will have fewer workers than web2 elders, as they will use AI to be effecient.
The fix: I think SF should diversify and attract other industries beyond tech.
