OMG -- @Tesla roadside is THE WORST. Flat tire, used the app the request roadside service. 1 hour later, no roadside service, or status on request, or even acknowledgement that I had made a request. They failed utterly.

@joshptemple @lloydtabb @bennstancil That ticks a lot of boxes. In both comparisons there is modern, user-productivity-centered abstraction mapping to an older, computer-execution oriented abstraction. I can't pick a "best analogy" from the two .. whichever one makes you want to check out Malloy 😀
