@HM_Passport I’ve been waiting for three weeks for my supporting documents to be returned, I paid for secure delivery and finally got an email from you with a different tracking number but the TNT site is showing a house that is not mine!! Where are my documents?!? What do I do??

@HM_Passport Hi Emily. The tracking still isn’t showing any changes regarding supporting documents and it’s been 10 days since the original delivery date of the new passport. I’m absolutely desperate, why havent the documents left the office yet? Please I need help

@HM_Passport can you PLEASE answer the question many people are asking! How can we track the return delivery of our supporting documents? I had to send in my passport as supporting documents and I need it back urgently. I have no way of tracking what’s happened to it.

@MeriePurple @HM_Passport No. They are awful. They just send generic responses that are completely unhelpful. I don’t see how it’s acceptable to have someone’s passport and not let them know where it is, especially after paying extra for secure delivery

@HM_Passport Lynne that doesn’t track the supporting documents. Please stop giving generic unhelpful answers. All that tracking does is show me the new childs passport was delivered last week. It doesn’t help me find what has happened to MY passport that was a SUPPORTING DOCUMENT
