This is an insult to Arojinle. You must be kidding.

Let me share a real-life event which Arojinle’s intervention served as the difference.

In late July 2025, we had a human-elephant conflict in Itasin Imobi, Ijebu East LGA, which led to the death of a farmer and the destruction of several farmlands.

There was serious panic in the community. The State Govt immediately intervened through the Ministry of Forestry to track the elephants and communicate with the people. They explained that elephants are not naturally violent and that there must have been a trigger, most likely an incursion into their habitat that made them uncomfortable.

But the fear was real. The older people were afraid. The younger ones were afraid too. Panic had engulfed the community.

Then we brought in Arojinle.

I called him that afternoon, the day before the meeting, and the next morning, he was already in Abeokuta to meet with all the chiefs and elder representatives from the community.

The moment Arojinle was introduced, they listened. Every single one of them knew him. They trusted him. You could see the awe in their eyes.

They asked him questions, and he answered every single one of them. He pointed to them that elephants can be very vindictive and so they could also target someone who might have attacked them in the past.

He then released an educational content specifically on the incident which went viral. After then, calm returned to the communities.

His words impacted those people far more than any other outreach programme we had tried.

That is Arojinle’s importance. That is one of his countless contributions to society.

@elzahavy @SirJarus I wasn't talking about past qualifications. I'm talking about this tournament qualification. I watched them during the qualification matches and I can tell you, as a matter of fact, that the performance during the qualifiers is far better than what I watched over the weekend.
