Halima Al-Kiswani is an 84-year-old Palestinian woman who lives in Zarqa refugee camp in Jordan. Halima and her family had to flee Beit Iksa, near Jerusalem, during the 1948 Nakba when she was 10.
She still dreams of returning home & sends messages of unity to Palestinians.
On Nov 29th 2022, Ru'a Riwami's two brothers Jawad and Dhafer were murdered by apartheid Israel's forces.
Ru'a now documents their stories to immortalize them. She is calling for Israel to be held accountable for the murder of her brothers and for all its war crimes.
