The opening ceremony was beautiful & powerful, & filled the space with echoes of deep chanting, bells, drums, & horns. Quite stunning with the sun behind them too!

"We have the money, the power, the medical understanding, the scientific know-how, the love and the community to produce a kind of human paradise. But we are led by the least among us — the least intelligent, the least noble, the least visionary."
Terence McKenna, 1999
“If a union is to take place between opposites like spirit and matter, conscious and unconscious, bright and dark, and so on, it will happen in a third thing, which represents not a compromise but something new.”
― Carl Jung

Give up being someone
And live as this glorious emptiness
Be undefined
Live in the gaps between things
Nobody will notice
They are all too busy
Being someone
But you will have
An inner freedom
That shines out
Like a quiet sun.
The desire for harmony and peace is ineradicable. But once it is fulfilled, the concern ceases and physical life becomes effortless and below the level of attention. Then, even in the body you are not born. To be embodied or bodyless is same to you.
I'm "not this, not that," but also not "not this, not that." I'm not the body, but not not the body too. It's one. Form is emptiness, emptiness is form.
