Every Durga Puja, millions admire the art. But behind every intricate artwork can be years of practice that few ever see.

For Sudesh Puran from Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, that journey began with a pencil and paper in Class 4.

What started as a childhood passion grew into sketching, realistic portraits, wall art and chalk art.

In 2019, he began sharing his artwork online. Recognition took time. Then, in 2024, his art videos started reaching millions.

“For me, these were more than just views. They were the result of years of hard work.”

Today, Sudesh wants to take that passion further. Through Flex Artist Institute, he hopes to help more children explore their creativity and turn it into a journey of their own.

From a small drawing in Class 4 to building a space for young artists, his story shows that the art we admire often has years of unseen practice behind it.
