A saying goes to "trust God is a little like trusting a Pilot" . Pilot faith is a function of harmony in the cockpit , this is the only factor that gives passengers a sense of security even when there is turbulence, that reassuring voice that calms nerves . Passengers are vulnerable to hostility in the cockpit , Captain and First Officers and Crew plotting and arguing while in flight ✈️, their ultimate prayer and wish is for is a safe landing .
As a rule a crew that fights publicly in front of passengers cannot be allowed to fly again , it's grounded until there is harmony and reconciliation, otherwise it poses a danger to the flying public .
