This is great to see. @NCBABankKenya is now in Eastleigh. They are located on the 2nd floor of the brand new BBS Mall, General Waruinge Street, opposite Nomad Hotel, Eastleigh. The bank that says #GoForIt has literally gone to support businesses at the Nairobi business hub.

Audit your days before it’s too late.

Read big, fat books. Put days into making cookies; months into growing a plant. Write for hours. Study well. Take the long way home. Listen to that old man tell his life story until he’s done.
Stop rushing.
Life is not wasted when you live it with everything you’ve got.
One of the best things you can do for yourself in adulthood, is to learn how to leave things alone.
Just leave it alone. Situations, people, whatever it is, leave it alone.
Get OUT of your room.
Go to a coffee shop. Rent somewhere for the weekend. Sit in a park. Walk through a part of the city you've never been to. Go anywhere that isn't the same four walls you've been staring at for months.
Same room = same thoughts.
The number of ideas that hit when you change location will make you wonder why you stayed stuck in one place for so long.
it is an unwritten rule of life that after every prolonged period of hardship and uncertainty, there is going to be a period when you are going to achieve quantum leaps across multiple areas of your life. the only requirement is that you do not give up on yourself
Be thankful for the small achievements in your life.
Don't live another person's life.
Run your race. It is fulfilling.
Be patient. Your reward will come.
Commit to a routine/schedule. Get in shape. Cut people off. Set boundaries. Ignore calls & start saying NO. Watch how your life gets better. Thank me later!

my therapist advised, "learn to calm your own storm instead of venting to others. it may feel therapeutic to let it all out, but you reinforce negative thoughts. it’s no one’s job but yours to pull yourself out of your problems. journal, meditate, exercise, and release." felt that
the reason why you have to move away from your hometown or your parent’s house in order to achieve a great amount of success is because you cannot really figure out who you are meant to be in an environment that produced the version of yourself that you are trying to outgrow…
Disappear to build yourself in private. Nobody cares. Nobody. Avoid people who lower your vibe. And never chase people. Play dumb if you have to, to protect your energy. Trust your gut. Be patient with yourself. Limit your access. Trust me, once you decide you want a good life, people appear, doors open, and miracles light up your life. Sometimes... growth is learning to be alone.
The 3 hour disappear
Once a week, completely vanish for 3 hours. No phone. No wifi. No people. Go sit somewhere alone. Walk. Think. Exist without performing for anyone. Most people have never spent 3 hours truly alone. This is where you start to hear yourself again.
Never stay idle at home when you're unemployed.
Your own family starts losing respect for you and what you say.
- Friends begin to drift away.
- Relatives talk behind your back.
As a man:
Do whatever it takes to make decent amount of money. Forget people's judgment, no one is coming to save you.
