FYI it has just been officially announced that the 2nd (and FINAL) volume of "Famiresu Iko."(Let's Go to the Family Restaurant) by Yama Wayama, which is the sequel manga to "Let's Go Karaoke!", is scheduled to be released in Japan on Thursday March 12th 2026! 🎉

The cover illustration for the second (and final) volume of the "Let's Go to the Family Restaurant." manga, which is the sequel series to "Let's Go Karaoke!", has just been revealed!

It is currently due to be released on March 12th.

Today (24th Dec) is the official release date in Japan for the "Let's Go Karaoke!" and "Captivated, by You" anime BD/DVD box sets! 🎉

The expected release date for both of the visual guide books has been pushed back to Dec 12th. Preorders remain open.

Applications for the ticket lottery will be accepted from 12pm Dec 24th to 11.59pm Jan 12th JST via eplus. (The event page won't be available to view until the day beforehand.) The results will be announced on Jan 16th with payment due by Jan 25th.

A new official promotional visual for the "Let's Go Karaoke!" and "Captivated, by You" anime's "Thank You Party" event that will be held at the Ebina Culture Hall in Tokyo on Sunday Feb 8th 2026 has just been revealed!

Participants in the event will include:
Shun Horie (Satomi's VA)
Daisuke Ono (Kyouji's VA)
Kensho Ono (Hayashi's VA)
Kouki Uchiyama (Ema's VA)
Yuuki Ono (Medaka's VA)
Nobuhiko Okamoto (Nikaidou's VA)

There will be an afternoon session at 2pm and an evening session at 5:30pm.

@TillMoneySwag Yes as it's the final volume it should include all of the remaining chapters that have come out since V1 up until the end of the serialisation, which will most likely finish in 2 more chapters released over the next two-three months.

@KatsukiLize Yes, it's confirmed that the 2nd volume will be the last. The manga has actually been (irregularly) serialised since 2020, so it's had quite a long run!

Also, we can always hope that maybe someday Wayama decides to do another sequel or spinoff with the same characters.

@Yellow_Ann7 Yes there is a sequel manga! "Famiresu Iko." is a direct continuation from the end of "Let's Go Karaoke!" when they reunite at the airport, following Satomi in his first year of college in Tokyo. It has been irregularly serialised in Comic Beam magazine since 2020.

A special edition which comes with a deck of luxuriously designed "Famiresu Iko." playing cards (every card will feature a unique illustration) will also be available, but the preorder deadline for that version is Friday November 21st 2025, so get in quick!
