JioMart has to be one of the most poorly coded apps out there.

The UI/UX is terrible. The app takes forever to open, items load slowly, and both the app and website lag a lot.

Basic things don't even work properly.
Like items not getting added to cart, cart not updating, coupons taking ages to apply.

Pricing and service are fine, but the user experience is just horrible.

For such a big company, how is the app still this poorly built?

JioMart needs to seriously rethink its development team and fix the app.
