As next steps, my lawyer has advised filing an FIR or a civil suit. But I'm holding back on this even though I'm aware I'm not the only ex-employee being treated this way.

I'm yet to hear from them. Needless to say, the past 4 months have been a struggle for me. I've had to move out of Mumbai and depend on my family and friends to support me financially. I lost my job due to restructuring within the @6degreeplatform team. 4/5
