Have been chasing this for 2 days now, WiFi has been patchy, calls unanswered. Very disappointed. Please resolve ASAP.
@Airtel_Presence@airtelindia I’m a postpaid member, my Amazon Prime membership has been renewed but I cannot track that anywhere on the Airtel app, not can I speak to anybody to resolve the issue. The amount will be debited in my bill, but I cannot use the services. HELP!
@IGPcom Order number 14010169 was scheduled for delivery between 6 AM - 12 PM, it is beyond 6 PM and it is still not delivered. Customer service is clueless, driver doesn’t pick up the call. This was for my mother’s birthday. Will be deleting the app now, very disappointing!!
@SwiggyCares Placed an order at 5:42 PM for Rs. 356 which is not showing up on the app at all. Money has been deducted, customer care chat is unresponsive. Please help!

@makemytripcare Have been chasing a refund on PNR: W5KSYE (Reference No. 14941247605371584) since 1st April. The ticket was closed w/o refunding the forward leg, cancellation of which was done by the airline. Why the delay!!?

@JioCare I’ve been trying to surrender my JioFiber setup, customer care doesn’t answer calls, email also has an automatic response, the app doesn’t have an option to cancel also. How is a customer to cancel this connection??
