@clubmahindra@anandmahindra FYI : Nobody has contacted me till date. I went ahead and got the bookings from a different portal whereas Club Mahindra had put me up on a waitlist which has no progress.
Bottom line, I can get a room but not through Club Mahindra.
This is not the only instance, we have been denied bookings many times before due to non-availability of rooms. Once we tried to get a booking 15 days prior, we were told 'Sir aise last moment pe toh booking nai milti'
Such attitude and petty services is what we should exepct
@TRAI This is the way many companies keep on troubling you day and night despite asking them to stop. They force you to adhere to their wishes or threaten to keep pestering you with their calls.
This time it went a bit too far with the person being rude and disrespectful.
