Why? Because I am requesting a reschedule for a flight I can genuinely foresee a 2 hour delay. There's already a 1 hour 40 mins delay for my flight.

All your incoming flights are delayed by 2 hours, however, you NEVER give prior intimation of these delays. Is it because you don't want to comply with the @DGCAIndia guidelines?
