The UN🇿🇦 is proud to launch the new Sustainable Development Cooperation Framework with the Government of South Africa. More than a document, it is a shared commitment to accelerate action, strengthen partnerships and deliver meaningful results for people across the country.
Africa isn't waiting to be included in global systems. It's deciding whether to own them.
That's the question at the center of Unstoppable Africa 2026: Powering Business, Scaling Economies, Shaping the Future. As global supply chains get redrawn by geopolitical tension and energy insecurity, Africa holds the critical minerals, renewable capacity, and digital talent the world cannot transition without. The question isn't participation. It's ownership — of capital flows, of trade terms, of the value chains themselves.
This year's edition is deal-focused and execution-driven. Heads of state, CEOs, investors, and innovators convene not to discuss Africa's potential, but to close transactions, launch investment vehicles, and build the infrastructure that keeps value on the continent.
20–21 September 2026. New York and online.

Africa’s digital future will not be built in silos. It will be built through bold partnerships, shared ambition, and collective action.
Something different happened in Kigali last week. GABI Solutions Lab at the Africa CEO Forum 2026, Private Sector Leadership on Financing Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI), was the first session of its kind. Solutions-focused. Business-led. Built for action, not applause.
The conversations reinforced a powerful truth: Africa already has the talent, innovation, and entrepreneurial energy needed to lead in the digital economy. What is needed now is coordinated investment in Africa’s Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) — from connectivity and interoperable payment systems to digital identity, data infrastructure, and inclusive digital platforms.
That changes with ecosystems like GABI — built to connect the right leaders, convene the right conversations, catalyse action, and champion the conviction that investing in DPI is, at its core, an economic growth strategy. A job strategy. A financial inclusion strategy.
The scale of Africa’s opportunity demands a collective approach. Governments cannot do it alone. Neither can the private sector, development finance institutions, innovators, or technology partners work independently. The future belongs to those willing to build together, in ecosystems of shared ambition and collective accountability.
We wish to thank the incredible speakers who challenged us with key problems to solve. And we look forward to taking collective action to address these challenges and deliver on solutions that change not only the landscape but also lives.

Africa’s economic transformation rests on aligned institutions, accountable private-sector engagement, and partnerships focused on delivering concrete outcomes.
My engagement with the Assistant Secretary-General & Executive Director of the United Nations Global Compact, H.E. Sanda Ojiambo, reinforced the importance of aligning global business networks with Africa’s priorities under Agenda 2063.
We exchanged views on rationalising fragmented engagement platforms, strengthening corporate accountability principles, and advancing joint action to mobilise African and international capital — positioning development not as aid, but as an investable opportunity that delivers measurable impact.
AUDA-NEPAD remains committed to a practical, results-oriented collaboration with the UN Global Compact — focused on coherent continental coordination, stronger public-private cooperation, and on ensuring that Africa’s enterprise, innovation, and investment potential are fully reflected in global economic discourse.

@KQSupport I give up @KenyaAirways I tried. Gave you the benefit of the doubt for the third time in 12 months with EXACTLY the same results!! But no one has time to be waiting for over 2 HOURS to speak to someone. Anyone!! A competitor has got my business from now on.
@KQSupport No one picks up the phone on the customer service line. Been on hold for an hour paying international rates!! WhatsApp line also just gives you the same message for 2 hours - everyone busy. Website & app poor. How do I get to speak to someone to help resolve my issue?
