Kubo’s meta-storytelling at its peak, once again.
In the opening credits, she’s introduced as Orihime Inoue. Then the red brushstroke washes over Inoue in particular, until the final credits reveal her as Orihime Kurosaki.
@DoctorRyner@Risingshinigami@smn99221@MCEnergyyy You’re just coping atp because does any of this have to do with the arrow? By the time uryu arrived yhwach had already recovered from that attack and beat/moved on from aizen
@DoctorRyner@Risingshinigami@smn99221@MCEnergyyy silver arrow had nothing to do with ks. it was already deactivated and aizen was immobilized by the time uryu arrived. its not that hard to grasp
Ya'll know I dont get into powerscaling BS but I fear people may be getting too caught up in the idea that Yhwach's transformative power was only limited to the spaced enveloped by his reiatsu. It's a nice visual to demonstrate the end but I'm seeing some people say that because the energy wasn't outside the shakkonmaku, Yhwach's range wouldn't extend there. But that makes no sense because Yhwach's energy was in the Soul King's Palace which is in a whole different dimension in the soul society. It's clearly just a visual aid for building tension. There was even a shot where he extends his hand into an ocean of stars which then gets enveloped with his almighty eyes. Like, argue about something else. Not about whether Yhwach had the power to destroy three worlds so he could make another.
It was a quick line, but Harribel telling Grimmjow to devour her was a such neat callback not only to Harribel's aspect of death being sacrifice, but to Grimmjow's backstory about him devouring his friends to get stronger and become king one day.
