She delivered yesterday at the #CommonwealthGames. The Ugandan swimmer claimed silver in the women's 100m breaststroke SB8, clocking 1:26.20 - a personal best (PB), a new National Record (NR) and an African Record (AR).
Speaking to @bamulanzeki, @HusnahKukundak1 said she's already looking ahead and is dreaming of another podium finish when she returns to action tomorrow.
Go girl! Get that medal!
Mbale Is Emerging as Uganda's Second-Largest City and East Africa's Fastest-Growing Urban Corridor
Uganda's urban future is changing fast. New OECD Africapolis projections show Mbale on track to become the country's second-largest urban region by 2050, growing to 12.33 million people, far ahead of other cities except Kampala. Mbale is also on course to become one of East Africa's largest urban corridors, overtaking well-known cities such as Kigali and Mombasa over the next 25 years, according to Africapolis. The findings could reshape investment, infrastructure and economic planning.

I started reading and following UFO stuff since my 3rd year at Uni. In Nov 1986, a brother, Grace Ibiingira, introduced me to 2 pple with vast knowledge about UFO issues. Grace himself was a great believer in UFO existence. Won't go in detail here about his journey in trying to uncover what he was convinced were REAL COVER-UPS. We were to meet many more times with books and data he had obtained.
Now, President Trump has ordered disclosure of "Elien Files"/ UFO records." Also, a few days ago, i heard Barack Obama say UFOs are REAL. When this comes from a former U.S president, then, you sit and listen! On disclosure though, not that there has not been disclosures in the past, there has been. But as usual, most information is always reducted(shaded black ⚫️...). So, even this time, wouldn't expect real disclosure. My brother, Grace, introduced to me to several Pple from other key developed countries who told me that their Countries had departments, even entire Ministries, just to handle these UFO matters. But that most were covert and that alot of information on UFOs remain hidden.
The situation is different in Africa, ofcse. As usual! And not because there have been no sightings in Africa, no, there has, and some big ones actually. And like in our place, the local people categorise these sightings as of ABACHWEZI,etc. But because we are consumed with INFERIORITY COMPLEX because of COLONIALITY, we are afraid to discuss such matters openly for fear of being branded SUPERSTITIOUS; ABAROGO/WITCHES..as we were taught by the great Missionaries who said that, any belief, or even talk about EXTRATERRESTRIAL LIFE/MATTERS WAS SIN! So, we are totally oblivious of these matters, and only concentrate on our FFENE(Jackfruit) WARS, always!
Other Countries(races)will survive because of these exploits as we waste time fighting each other to extinction.
During COSASE investigations into Uganda Airlines, Speaker Anita Among wrote to me this letter "guiding" that I should have closed door proceedings and keep journalists out of the committee room. I disagreed with her "guidance" because I didn't see any reason to shield Uganda Airlines from public scrutiny. We had been investigating all other entities publicly with the media present, so I didn't see why the corruption in Uganda Airlines shouldn't be exposed publicly.
Meanwhile, the Speaker held a meeting with the CEO of Uganda Airlines during our investigation, something which I didn't think was appropriate.
All of these machinations were proof that the Speaker wanted to cover up the corruption in our Airlines, nowonder she frustrated the report.

Yesterday,I got a call from Tourism Minister Tom Butime, threatening & intimidating me over Uganda Airlines probe, bse apparently Jennifer Bamuturaki is his relative.I've reported this at CPS,Ref GEF 60/2022 for it to be on record.
No one,I repeat,no one will cause me to back down.
Max Verstappen takes his EIGHTH win of 2025!
It's not enough to secure him the title, but he ends the year with more wins than anyone else, and just TWO points shy of a fifth straight title 👏

I must say I’m disappointed. For a long time, many young people in coffee have been reaching out asking for linkages and opportunities in the value chain.
So recently , I shared a real market opportunity that required 5 tons of coffee (FAQ) to be supplied to a Cleint every days
At first, the response was overwhelming so many youths showed interest. But when it came down to action, none seemed serious. A few backed out, and two even ghosted after agreeing to pick the coffee. Now my client is stranded, and it reflects poorly on us as young people who claim to want to break through in this industry.
One of the best principles in business is commitment and keeping your word. Opportunities don’t wait for those who only talk they come to those who are dependable, reliable, and consistent.
To my fellow youths: let’s not cry about doors being closed when we are the ones failing to step through them. If we want to be trusted with bigger markets, investments, and partnerships, we must start by proving ourselves in the small opportunities.
Let’s learn to mean what we say and follow through. The coffee sector is full of promise, but only for those willing to keep theirs.
I now know why the big players are somehow sidelining the youths when it comes to opportunities in the coffee industry but regardless I won’t give up on opening doors to fellow youths but we have to adjust on how we do things for the future of coffee belongs to us
For God and my country Uganda 🇺🇬

You just need to take a good look at all the older people who didn't get to live the life they wanted, and it will become obvious that the causes are always the same, generation after generation:

As the airline marks 6 years on 28th Aug 2025, its Approved Maintenance Organisation (AMO) has successfully completed the first-ever in-house engine change on CRJ900 (5X-KNP).
An engine change involves the careful removal of an existing engine and the installation of a replacement. The CRJ900 aircraft is powered by two General Electric CF34-8C5 engines, designated as Engine 1 (left) and Engine 2 (right). The operation was conducted on the Number 1 engine position.
This accomplishment underscores the capability of the Uganda Airlines AMO, which is staffed by a team of highly experienced and internationally recruited engineers.
As the maintenance division of Uganda Airlines, the AMO is focused on expanding its capabilities to maintain the entire existing and future fleet of the national carrier.
Bold steps towards making Uganda a regional hub for aircraft maintenance & safety. #OpenGovUg
