It's been vry poor service & carelessness in the service I hve been recently experienced,can anyone is responsible for such pathetic experiencee ,it's been 8+ days & the delivery wasn't,but daily we are getting delivery out msg, ticket no-2607898276.

Being the highest manpower there's no one to take care of the railway platforms & inside the train coaches..it's a request to make our Indian railway top https://t.co/FIjkc2PcuQ'spossible,start deploying top officials inside the trains and into the platforms to check the reality.

Dear Ministry,
The condition at the new delhi railway station is horrible....it's overcrowded & the washroom is stinking, no water available & the cleaner is charging 15 for such a pathetic Maintenance...we have the highest manpower in the Indian railways..NBTLA
