My terrible experience with @airtelindia
1) Took an international roaming package for the USA on 10 Sep; 2) It never worked; 3) The chat bots provided irrelevant queries; 4) The Airtel App kept throwing a few other packages; Feeling helpless.
@airtelcomplaint
Team #UPSIndia, I need your urgent intervention.
My parcel given to you on 2 Jan in Bangalore is not yet delivered at Vancouver. We paid the duty fee on 15 Jan and even 48 hours later, your system says, "The payment is not received."

My horrifying experience with #UPSIndia, the international courier service company
Handed over a parcel in the Blr office of UPSIndia on 2 Jan for Vancouver

Blr office people behaving rudely

@ola_supports It's not about me. You must accept the reality and find a solve to the chronic problem that all your customers are facing everyday. The drivers say that they do not get their fee from you on time and hence they insist on cash.
It's extremely difficult now to book @Olacabs or @Uber cabs. The chances that the driver will accept or cancel the booking depend on our responses to the following 2 questions:
1) Where will you go?
2) Will you pay by cash or Ola/Uber money?
Is there a solve?
Heard about the indigenous water management system, Dong, practiced by the local community of Baksa district in Assam?
It's managed by the village community that decides when and how much water to be released for which cluster of households.

I think, the voice of India deserved a better coverage on the front page of our national daily. It's definitely more important than who's the Cong's CM face for Punjab.

Read the article to know the paradigm shift needed to promote happiness@workplace. 1) discard the management principle - you can't manage it if you can't measure it; 2) disown the notion that happiness can be created; and 3) stop treating everyone with the same yardstick.

Some fondly remember the daily routine of getting up early morning, attending net prarice sessions, rubbing shoulders with senior players and having tea and biscuits at end of the workouts. And not to forget, the uncertainty of selection, performance and match results.
