Sir am currently doing both, am a retail marketer but still doing core marketing functions.

Your duties are even more, you are struggling to get the numbers and you are still being close to your corporates to retain DDA balances.

My advice for any retail marketer if you want to make it faster is to engage institutions within your locality, meet their directors and pitch your bank to them. You would get nothing less than 5k accounts.

For carding and making the students to fund i wont be disclosing that strategy because it doesn’t come cheap.

Bottom line, figure clusters, stay close to your customers giving you balances, management won’t scold you because you are already doing so much.
