@JamesGunn FTR, liking a lot of the DCU. BUT—why dismiss comic adaptations? There’s gold in decades of DC lore. If a story is worthy, why NOT adapt it? Shouldn’t loyal fans feel heard too? Changing things just to make them yours isn’t inherently better. The narcissism runs deep.
