@haydentiff For your body to use ketones, you have to be in ketogenic state. You can't be in this state, if you eat lean protein and carbs.

Try eating fatty meats and no carbs for 3-4 days and then you can see, if you are indeed not tolerating protein well.

@haydentiff Maybe it's happening because if you eat lean protein with carbs can cause your blood sugar to have a big spike and then your body overcompensates on insulin and cause a big drop of blood glucose. Try doing carnivore for a few days until you're in ketosis. 1/2

You have to do it properly, though. 75% - 80% of your total daily calories should come from animal fat. It sounds insane, but it works.

Give it a try for 1-2 months.

@xrpl_adam 2. The amount of liquidity that crypto and XRP in particular that has received from crypto investors is miniscule when you compare it with big tech stocks for example. Also the amount of people that have invested serious amounts to crypto is very low.

I dont say that is likely to happen, just that isn't impossible.

1. Market cap is bullshit metric. It doesn't apply to crypto and we shouldnt put limit on any crypto's theoretical price upper limit based on that.
