Court Update:

Affordable Housing Case at the Court of Appeal:

The Court of Appeal is set to hear the case on the Affordable Housing Act today. The Act, signed into law on 19 March 2024, was contested in court. However, the High Court dismissed the petitions on 22 October 2024.

The Appellants are at the Court of Appeal seeking to overturn the High Court’s decision.
