OFC being shuttered... Spent literally hundreds of hours there in the late 70's early 80's and beyond. Garnet Schenk, Fred Collins, and countless others... the surprise roller skater... so many great memories, such fantastic training...

Interesting question, I know industrial partners (railways and chemical companies) will provide training and cover the costs of travel, but still have issues filling courses because firefighters won’t be paid.

Yeah, kids are told they can’t go to school for another two weeks but the province is okay with Hockey... All for keeping my fellow Canadians safe, but let’s put education ahead of sports!
